Creativity is a Finicky Eater
Do you want to be as creative as possible? Creativity has many important rules of attraction.
One of the most important rules that you can follow is eating properly. It sounds like common sense because eating is so important to the human body, but how many of us actually do it?
For so many years I survived on pizza, candy, soda and beer. Does this sound familiar?
These foods sustained me, they tasted good and they where easy to get. The problem was that they did not balance my body chemistry.
Your mind works mainly on glucose, that’s right, sugar makes your mind go. Not the kind in the chocolate bar, natural sugar found in fruits and veggies.
Unfortunately sugar from candy burns fast and leaves your body hanging, making you tired when it is gone. The ups and downs in energy will wreck your creativity because you need balance.
Eating the proper balance of natural sugar, protein, carbohydrates and such will keep you going through the day. It will keep your mind in the game.
Also it is healthier to eat 4 to 5 times a day in smaller portions. Not only does it keep your energy levels up but also it burns calories faster by speeding up your metabolism.
In a sense eating more often can help you loose weight and be more creative by giving you more energy.
By no means am I a health specialist, so consult your doctor before you go on a life changing diet. Your doctor can help you find the answers you need as well as talk to you about not going to extremes!
